2. Services Provided

Rara Studio provides the following services:

• Full-scale video and film production services
• Professional equipment rental (cameras, lighting, grip equipment)
• Studio space rental for photography and videography
• Post-production and editing services
• Casting and talent management services
• Consultation and creative direction

3. Booking and Reservations

All equipment and studio rentals require advance booking. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of:

• Completed booking request or contract
• Valid identification documents
• Security deposit (as applicable)
• Full or partial payment (according to booking terms)

Cancellation fees may apply if bookings are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled rental time. Please refer to our cancellation policy for detailed information.

4. Equipment Rental Terms

When renting equipment from Rara Studio:

• The renter is responsible for the equipment from the time of pickup until return
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted
• Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will result in charges for repair or replacement
• Renters are required to have proper insurance coverage for rented equipment
• Equipment may not be sub-rented or loaned to third parties without written consent
• Late returns will incur additional hourly charges

5. Casting and Talent Services

For casting submissions and talent services:

• By submitting a casting application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate
• You grant Rara Studio permission to use submitted photos and videos for casting purposes
• Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Submitted materials will be kept confidential and shared only with relevant production teams
• You may withdraw your application at any time by contacting us
• Talent hired for projects will be subject to separate contracts with specific terms

6. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property rights:

• All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, and text, is the property of Rara Studio and is protected by copyright laws
• Clients retain ownership of their creative projects unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Rara Studio retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes
• Any third-party content used is properly licensed and credited
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited

7. Confidentiality

We recognize the importance of confidentiality in creative productions. All client information, project details, and creative concepts shared with Rara Studio will be kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose sensitive information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rara Studio shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Equipment malfunctions beyond our reasonable control
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party actions or omissions

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Payment Terms

Payment policies:

• Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your booking contract
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Additional services not included in the original quote will be billed separately
• Overdue payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

10. Termination of Services

Rara Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if:

• The client violates these Terms and Conditions
• Payment is not received according to agreed terms
• Equipment is misused or damaged
• Illegal activities are conducted on our premises
• Harassment or misconduct toward our staff occurs

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We collect and use information only for the purposes of providing our services, processing bookings, and improving customer experience. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

Rara Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
